Adding a receipt to a transaction is very simple. You can add receipts in three different ways:
- Take a picture of a receipt;
 - Select an existing image from your photo gallery; or
 - Attach a PDF document.
 
Follow the steps below to add a receipt to your transaction:
Option 1 – Take a picture of a receipt
- Find the transaction you want to add a receipt to.
 - Tap on the transaction.
 - The detailed view of the transaction will open.
 - Now, tap on the purple “? Attach receipt” tab
 - An attach receipt selector will appear from the bottom of the screen.
 - Select the “Take a photo” option
 - Your smartphones camera will start.
 - Take a picture of your receipt and then click ok.
 - You can resize your picture on the next screen. Once you are happy with the image, tap the ✔ in the top right corner.
 - You will be taken back to the detailed view of your transaction and your receipt will be visible under the “? Attach receipt” tab
 - You can add another receipt by tapping the ➕ button or you can exit the transaction by tapping the ⬅ arrow on the top left corner of the screen.
 
Option 2 – Select a picture from your photo gallery
- Find the transaction you want to add a receipt to.
 - Tap on the transaction.
 - The detailed view of the transaction will open.
 - Now, tap on the purple “? Attach receipt” tab
 - An attach receipt selector will appear from the bottom of the screen.
 - Tap the “Select from gallery” option
 - Your smartphones photo gallery will open.
 - Select the picture you want to upload.
 - Click the green Complete button in the top right corner.
 - You can resize your picture on the next screen. Once you are happy with the image, tap the ✔ in the top right corner.
 - On the next page click the attach receipt button.
 - You will be taken back to the detailed view of your transaction and your receipt will be visible under the “? Attach receipt” tab
 - You can add another receipt by tapping the ➕ button or you can exit the transaction by tapping the ⬅ arrow on the top left corner of the screen.
 
Option 3 – Attach a PDF file
- Find the transaction you want to add a receipt to.
 - Tap on the transaction.
 - The detailed view of the transaction will open.
 - Now, tap on the purple “? Attach receipt” tab
 - An attach receipt selector will appear from the bottom of the screen.
 - Select the “A PDF file” option
 - Your document library will open.
 - Tap on the file you want to attach.
 - You will now be shown a preview of the receipt.
 - If you’re happy with the file, tap the purple “Attach receipt” button.
 - You will be taken back to the detailed view of your transaction and your receipt will be visible under the “? Attach receipt” tab
 - You can add another receipt by tapping the ➕ button or you can exit the transaction by tapping the ⬅ arrow on the top left corner of the screen.
 
Note:
You can add multiple types of receipt to a single transaction, e.g. you can add a picture and PDF.
To view the receipt after attaching it to the transaction, just tap the image of the receipt.
Once you’ve added a receipt and go back to your transaction history, a paper clip ? icon will appear on the transaction card.
