There are two ways to start the process of approving an expense request from a team member.
Before you can approve a request and add funds to your team member’s card, you need to navigate to the Requests area of the app.
Option 1 – Adding Funds from your Corporate Wallet
- On the request card tap the purple Top-up button to view the request details.
 - The details of the request will appear from the bottom of the screen.
 - To approve the request tap the purple Top-up button.
 - Click continue.
 - An “Add money” option selector will appear from the bottom of the screen.
 - Select the first option “Add money from Xpence wallet”
 - Click continue.
 - Enter the amount you want to add and click the arrow in the bottom right corner of the screen.
 - On the next screen, you will be asked to authenticate your request by entering your 6-digit passcode.
 - You will see a success screen once you have authenticated your request.
 - Click the “Done” button to return to the list or requests.
 
Note: your team member will receive a push notification letting them know that you have approved their request.
Option 2 – Adding Funds from Another Card
- On the request card tap the purple Top-up button to view the request details.
 - The details of the request will appear from the bottom of the screen.
 - To approve the request tap the purple Top-up button.
 - Click continue.
 - An “Add money” option selector will appear from the bottom of the screen.
 - Select the second option “Add money from your Xpence cards”
 - Click continue.
 - Tap the + button on the “Add money from” tab.
 - You will now see a list of cards you can transfer funds from.
 - Select your card you want to transfer funds from.
 - Next, tap the + button on the “Select amount” tab.
 - Enter the amount you want to transfer.
 - Click the arrow in the bottom right corner of the screen.
 - Click next.
 - Then confirm the transfer.
 - On the next screen, you will be asked to authenticate your request by entering your 6-digit passcode.
 - You will see a success screen once you have authenticated your request.
 - Click the “Done” button to return to the list or requests. Note: your team member will receive a push notification letting them know that you have approved their request.
